Yes — every gardener on our platform carries full public liability insurance (minimum £5 million), and they are all DBS checked and personally vetted by our team before joining.
Do I need to supply any equipment?
No, your gardener will bring all the tools and equipment needed for the job. If you have specialist equipment you'd like them to use, just let us know when booking.
Can I get the same gardener each time?
Absolutely! With any of our maintenance plans you'll be matched with a dedicated gardener. One-off customers can also request a preferred gardener for future visits.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
